  Great place, great price. It’s located nice and close to LAX, but a trip to Downtown by public transport can be a challenge. You need to swap between the J Line and Metro C about half way. Make sure to use Google Maps, and count your stops.

  I stayed at this hotel on the 23rd with my family. We are visiting from Canada. Overall, the hotel was nice and most of the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. However, we had an unpleasant experience with one staff member named Wendy. My husband politely asked her about public transportation options near the hotel, and she responded by telling him to “look it up on Google” while staring at him. Later, when I asked another staff member who was walking by if he knew of any nearby metro stations, she interrupted and said, “He doesn’t speak English.” We found her behavior quite rude and unwelcoming. As visitors who are new to the country, we were simply asking for basic information about the area. In the hospitality industry, providing courteous assistance and local guidance is important. Unfortunately, this interaction affected our mood during what was supposed to be a pleasant vacation. Aside from this experience, the hotel itself was good and the other staff members were kind and professional.

  Front desk workers where rude and nasty to us and where talking in Spanish to eachother and saying bad things and not letting us get our room because our mom booked it but our dad was checking in

  Long story short, my wife and I were absolutely saved by all the staff, and Risa especially!! After being put through a travel nightmare by United Airlines, we were so well taken care of for our emergency booking when we had literally nowhere else to go. A massive thank you to everyone, from the front desk to the cleaning staff. The rooms are renovated and quite nice overall as well. But again, the staff were the real highlight for us, and I hope some of them read this and know how they made a truly incredible difference for us in our time of need!
