This was one of the main amenities I was looking forward to, and its unavailability diminished my overall experience. Additionally, the shower booth in my room was uncomfortably small, making it difficult for an average adult to use it comfortably. This lack of space detracted from what should have been a relaxing and convenient stay. I was also dissatisfied with the service at the front desk. Despite being an elite member, the hotel agent did not acknowledge my status and refused to grant a late check-out, which is a standard benefit typically offered. By the way, this was a Comfort Inn in the past.
