The entire front desk staff, the general manager, and the housekeeping staff are all very helpful and friendly, also the night security staff. It isn't in a really great area, but I stayed there for 3 months while working in the area, and I never saw a single bad thing happen at the hotel inside or even outside in the parking lot, or over in the parking garage. There's plenty of great restaurants within 10 minutes of this hotel. It is within a couple of miles of some of the runways at LAX airport, so I could hear the planes sometimes, but I think that kind of stuff is cool, I love airplanes. My room was definitely nice, nice full size refrigerator, had a recliner chair, and a big table with a comfortable swivel chair. The bed was really comfortable too. My experience here was great.
