  Best experience! We were assisted by Odalys and she had the best service hands down! Definitely will be back for the cleanliness of the place but also the service we received when arriving!!!

  I have stayed at several Holiday Inn Express, but this I would have to think twice before returning. Don't get me wrong they are all the same and this one is the same. Good location, clean, friendly staff, and nice breakfast. That's why I gave them 4 stars. But the PARKING, I was charged $5.00, and that was because I'm a Platinum Elite status. It's $15.00 a night if your not a member. I would expect a parking fee if it as in downtown Paris. But downtown Hawaiian Gardens? Sorry Hawaiian Gardens, love your town didn't mind paying the city hotel tax, you deserve it. But the parking is a deal breaker.

  I just have to say this hotel is definitely a must if you’re staying in Hawaiian gardens!!! I spent the valentines weekend there with my husband and everything went so smooth! The ladies at the front were so helpful and answered any questions I had!!! So big shout out to odalys and ruby for having such amazing personalities and going above and beyond!!! They definitely deserve a promotion and a raise with all the great energy they bring! Overall I appreciated how clean the hotel was and loved all the amenities! Especially the gym and free breakfast & coffee in the morning made my day! Definitely 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  This hotel is frustrating. Like I'm should be 5 stars no brainer but the decisions made by management for their benefit over my comfort are inexcusable. First and foremost, everything is set on motion sensors that to can't turn off. Which is really fun when you need to go to the bathroom at night and the light turns on and blinds you because you can't turn off the motion sensor. Or sitting on the couch on my laptop and the lights turn off because I'm not moving enough. The air conditioner is controlled by the worst wall mounted controller I've ever seen. It only goes down to 65 and doesn't feel like it gets that cold. And you have no option to set the fan to always be on or to even choose the mode... The hottest water in the shower is fairly warm. I turn it up to high and it's decent. They also don't let door dash come up to your rooms.... Why not? After a long day at work my back is killing me. I don't want to head down to the lobby to get my food... So yeah the people I've interacted with have been great. The room is pretty comfy. But all the inconveniences to save them a buck over making my stay as comfortable as possible make this location a fail.
