We booked through Expedia we didn’t think to get travel ins. Long story short I want to acknowledge the outstanding customer service from Holiday Inn. They stepped in, assisted promptly, and refunded 50% of my stay. Unfortunately, Expedia did not provide any assistance or resolution. Holiday Inn’s willingness to help made a difficult situation much more manageable, and I truly appreciate their professionalism and customer care. The front office is very polite and William the GM very professional and accommodating. Will definitely stay here and recommend to book directly.

Towels are cheap and only two for couple. If you need shower more than one time you dry yourself with wet towel. Front desk representative always not present to ask for extra towels.
