  I have been coming to stay here for approximately three years now, to visit my parents who live in a senior residence. All the staff has always been amazing! Helpful, extremely friendly, willing to assist in any needs and very personable. Breakfast is included: 'Womblets' are the specialty! (Waffle or Omelet deliciously prepared in a waffle iron with all the ingredients you would want. The fresh fruit is almost always perfect! The grounds are beautiful, and there is a nice lawn area with picnic tables for smaller group gatherings. Dogs are very welcomed. There are large conference area across the street with smaller rooms for other meetings. A wedding can be easily planned here! And don't forget to give a scratch to the motel cat, Titi, one of the softest, sweetest, cats I've met! Five 👍🏻.

  The keycard stopped working and I am locked out of the hotel at 11:32pm. The emergency phone they have is not picking up my calls for more than 20 minutes. How is this possible?

  As far as the accommodations are concerned "ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL". The gal at the front desk was very nice and made sure that our stay was going to be fantastic. The room was very cozy-comfy with all the amenities and even better than some of the big chains we have stayed in around the country. I do have one complaint however the neighbors we had were not very considerate. I mean that they were up until all hours of the night Yelling, Laughing, Slamming Doors, and carrying on. I don't know what the regulation is but it sounded like there were at least 20 people making all this noise. My wife went to the front desk and made a complaint she was told that the staff would not be able to say anything until 22:00 hrs. Well they must have said something because at about 22:00 hrs the noise did quite down quite a bit. Then at 22:30 the noise level rose to ungodly levels and as I laid in bed I found myself using some Cotton Balls in my ears to deaden the noise level. We will be staying here one more night and hopefully we won't have the same issues.

  Came for the charger since its the only one near a restaurant I was going too. It was broken. That's all.

  This place is one of my absolute favorite places to stay in Grass valley. We try to come here once a year for my birthday in January and let me just say everything about this place is wonderful. They offer wine and concessions in the evenings and a delicious complimentary waffle and omelette breakfast. We love to get the room with the soaking tub and fireplace. The grounds are always beautifully kept. And I always feel comfortable parking at the facility. We have to travel with our dog 🐕 and they are always able to accommodate. Can't wait to return it in January again.
