Awful WiFi: Overall the hotel isn’t too bad. It’s a renovated motel but it feels nice and the staff in the front are great. My largest issue is the awful wifi. Want to get some work done or do anything on your phone? Good luck… wifi keeps cutting in and out and when I do have it, I’m lucky to get 1 bar of service. They need to invest in some wifi boosters around the hotel.

Spent a weekend here and really enjoyed it. Spacious rooms, comfy beds, cool vibe. Mackenzie at the front desk was awesome at check in, had to give her a shout out!

Although the restaurant is nice but overpriced, breakfast burrito there for $24 @ The Boathouse was $19. Lobby restaurant and pool area are nice, but the room is the issue, my family seriously feels like it is a Motel 6. They've never even been to a Motel 6, they just ask me if it's what it is like. They have stayed at alot of Hiltons through out my many years of being a Diamond member. Definitely not what I expected for Hilton Tapestry!

First day there: took a nap, woke up with a giant spider next to the headboard, almost gave me a heart attack. Second day: woke up with a giant earwig next to the headboard. Third day: killed 3 moths that were flying around the room, bumping into things not letting me sleep. I get it that the doors open to the outside but wow the bug situation is something else. All of the bathroom fixtures looked gross and decrepit. See pictures. Including the shower curtain rod which was had flakes falling off of it during the shower. Ceiling of bathroom looked nasty / water damaged as well, tiles and grout had cracks. The walls are literally paper thin, can hear every fart and moan from the neighboring rooms. Including, when they flush or shower and it sounds like the water runs for 10 mins after (sounds like a toilet running?!). The hotel (motel really) is right next to the highway AND - bonus - also next to the train tracks, so you get the double sound ambiance of big trucks on the highway and the choo choo train whistle going on all hours of the day and night. Combined with the paper thin walls, it's quite the delight, if you are deaf or a psychopath. Bring earplugs or you'll go insane. The gym also leaves a lot to be desired. I don't expect a lot from hotel gyms, but man, they literally took 1 of the rooms and converted it into a gym?! They just have 1 bench and some dumbbells. Plus a couple treadmills. Super uncomfortable if more than a couple folks are in there at the same time. It's very obvious this was a crappy motel which got converted into a hilton. They did an ok job with repainting and remodelling, as well as the lobby and the restaurant. But overall, just feels...icky... I brought all these items up to the front desk and they briefly apologized, but did not offer anything. I felt weird asking for anything, plus I had to rush to leave to the airport - would be nice if they could offer a partial refund for the stay.
