I usually stay at Hilton properties and this is by far the worst! First of all, why offer a digital key option when it doesn't work? The room I confirmed was changed without my notice and the digital key didn't work. I later learned that at this location you must check in at the desk and they assign the room. After a couple trips up and down the elevator correcting our reservation, we're in the room we originally reserved. The problem is that our room is located directly below rooms under construction. It literally sounds like bowling balls are being dropped on the floor above us! As for the room, its filthy! I'd check out immediately if I could get a refund. At the very least, Hilton should discount the rooms due to all the inconveniences. Terrible customer service!!

Clean hotel with ample parking ($15/day). Only downside is if you are on third floor, the rooftop bar on the fourth floor is noisy as they drag chairs around above you all afternoon. Thankfully they are usually closed by 9pm.

This hotel is by far my favorite to visit every year. It is my preferred place to stay while on business. The close proximity to the airport and the company we are there to visit is very convenient. Overall, the main hotel staff has always been amazing and very accommodating.
The hotel also has an amazing rooftop bar which provides a beautiful view of the surrounding hills/mountains. The staff serving the rooftop bar have always been super friendly, making for a fantastic experience. Food and drinks could be considered expensive but they have a happy hour on some food and drink items. I highly recommend trying it at least once, it is always something I do on one or both of my nights during my stay.
As for the rooms, I have never had any issues with any of the rooms I have stayed in. They are always clean and well taken care of and if you need anything, the front desk is a call away.

Though we only stayed one night we found the property very accommodating. The staff were helpful and personable. The upstairs rooftop lounge area was awesome, too. Food and drinks were excellent. We had several family members and friends meet up and it was a good time had by all. Definitely coming back! 👍

We chose this hotel because we were looking for a safe area (visible and lit parking lot) for our valuables stored in our car. The inn is beautiful, comfortable, and a little spendy but worth it.
