The tv constantly goes to black, with the sound still working. The wifi does not work at all. The office didn't know why it how to fix it. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. The breakfast was acceptable. Location and price are right. My sister's room smelled bad.

Unfortunately, I had trouble sleeping in the bed which I found uncomfortable (too hard) and there's not much in the way of noise cancellation. I heard a lot of my neighbors and outside noises. Besides that, this hotel offers a LOT for your dollar: a pool, hot tub, laundry, gym, free breakfast, wifi. There's a lot to love here. Thank you BWH!

The breakfast says it closes at 9 am , but we went at 8.30 to realize the food was empty and there weren’t ready to refill Everyone at the kitchen was so frustrated and they choose to do nothing The rooms are so bad and are going through renovation and you will be woken up by construction costs at 5 am , so please make an informed decision, The rooms were so smelly and old There are other bottles which can give you much better experience even though if it’s slightly expensive
- TTtatiana taylorDec 10, 20251.0I would give five stars for Location. However, for my limited time lunch, which was 30 minutes and I drove 15 minutes to get in the hotel room. I was locked outside. The lobby for people sitting at the desk send a maintenance man in 15 minutes, so my lunch was destroyed my room was not accessible. Nobody say - we apologize. My worst best Western day by the way. Ever. The room was clean though.
