- STShelly Del ToroDec 31, 20251.0WARNING THIS HOTEL IS A RIP-OFF!!! We stayed here overnight and they indicated it was Pet Friendly- never told us about a $25 per pet charge, making it a total of $50. We had to go pick up our pups making it a 4 hour total length of time that my pups actually stayed in the hotel and still ended up charging us the Pet Fee of $50, absolutely unacceptable. Also there are signs all over the hotel charging you for the use of everything, for example the use of the luggage cart or if you leave the cart in the hallway, or take the cart into your room all of these have extra charges attached to them- and all of these seem to be something that a hotel should provide as a friendly convenience and as a way to make an effort to have good customer service and this hotel seems to be using all of these charges to gain a easy buck. We have Never stayed at a Pet Friendly Hotel and had them charge. Also their customer service is very inadequate to say the least. No one is Friendly, Helpful or Understanding. Absolutely Terrible in more ways than one. Stay Clear From Staying At This Hotel.
- IGI GDec 6, 20254.0This is a nice hotel with even nicer staff. Stayed here the night before Thanksgiving. The staff was friendly and pleasant to deal with. The rooms are bigger than your typical hotel room. The bathroom had ample space as well. I didn't like the bed, it was hard as a rock. The breakfast was also lacking, not the typical BW breakfast that I am accustomed to. Upside, plenty of parking.

- SLSteven LizarragaNov 10, 20251.0This Hotel says they don't except passports it's weird when people from around the world come and visit that hotel they don't accept passports that's ridiculous this place is judgmental racial judgment they judge you by the way you look I do not recommend to stay here because their breakfast and nasty and the service is terrible the racial profile you. I couldn't believe the way I was treated I don't know why I would get racially profiled I own my own business and that's just funny because that's what I was trying to explain to them and they didn't bother so I left and got my stay at the Hilton best recommendation!!!
- RGRandy GoffOct 27, 20255.0Unfortunately, we were only able to spend one night at this location.Because of appointment and time, However, It will be our only place we stay moving forward because it is very close to our kids and new granddaughter. The location is fabulous and the staff was truly amazing. We were able to update to a suite for an additional $7.Because we are best western members and the suite was fantastic. I highly recommend this location.
