    Mera is restaurant me experience bahut hi achha raha. Room bilkul clean, comfortable aur well-maintained tha, jahan sukoon ka feel aata hai. Service staff ki kaafi polite, fast aur professional thi — har request ko smile ke saath handle kiya gaya. Location bhi perfect hai, easily accessible aur peaceful area me hai, jo visit ko aur enjoyable bana deta hai.

    GOLD Members for years and always have had impeccable customer service from every other location for years, till now. The problem at this hotel is definitely the Manager; Dolores Rodriguez. We traveled to Glendale as my wife wanted to spend Dec 24th and 25th visiting her mother's grave at Forest Lawn as she recently passed away and this was her first Christmas without Mom.

    Nice room, good service and location was perfect. But the noise was a bit much. We had a roo. Facing the street and you could definitely hear all the street noise out there. I'm a very light sleeper so it wasn't the best. My husband on the other hand didn't hear a damn thing. So if you sleep through anything it's perfect. Otherwise bring some ear plugs.

    AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS MANAGER DOLORES RODRIGUEZ IS DESTROYING THE IHG EXPERIENCE!! IHG GOLD Members for years and always have had impeccable customer service from every other location for years, till now. The problem at this hotel is definitely the Manager; Dolores Rodriguez. We traveled to Glendale as my wife wanted to spend Dec 24th and 25th visiting her mother's grave at Forest Lawn as she recently passed away and this was her first Christmas without Mom. First, Check-in was easy, room was clean. I asked for complimentary upgrades and handed $20 tip. No upgraded room ...oh well...but That's where the good ended. Not enough towels so we called for extra towels and pillows. Security Guard arrived and I handed him $5 as I grabbed some smelly pillows and 4 floor mats. I explained we needed towels and he argued that's what he brought. Looked at the $5 tip as Insufficient and left. I called the front desk and explained the situation and he said the Guard was new and did not know but he would fix it himself. He brought towels and we were tired from a 7 hour drive so we just left it at that. Fast Forward to the last night there. After spending time with family we got back to the room at midnight and called for a late checkout. Mind you, as Gold members we enjoy the 2pm late checkout benefit as my wife who has had intestinal surgery needs hours to properly evacuate before going on the long car journeys. Every other IHG hotel has always provided late checkouts to us. Even on holidays with full hotels ( this hotel was never full as evidence from the empty parking structure and never ran into anyone in the elevator or lobby). The man on the phone said sorry you have to call back in the morning as housekeeping manager is the person to allow late checkout. I said, " Can we at least get 1pm" , answer NO Can we at least get 12pm" , answer NO. Not even 12pm? He said " At 11am they will knock and you have to leave! Wow! So I did not sleep, worrying. Called at 6am , same guy ...said Housekeeping not here. Called at 8am , same guy ...said Housekeeping not here Called at 9am. New person, a woman...said hold on, 30 seconds later said " housekeeping manager said no late checkout " By this time my wife is freaking, jumping in the shower. I'm packing, Luggage cart full headed to car... outside the door I see housekeeping ask for the manager...she's on my floor...explained everything and she says, " Nobody asked me or explained any of this to me" . She said, you can stay till 12pm... wife was angry and we had car packed so we left by 10:50 am out of the parking. Went to checkout, asked for the manager...that's when things got bad...this Manager Dolores Rodriguez was condescending, rude and unprofessional. Took no responsibility and charged $25 per day parking after all we went through. I Explained everything, she smiled sardonicically and said have a nice day and turned away.
