Losing that space has left a noticeable void in the guest experience. After a day of exploring the city, the rooftop lounge was the place to unwind, to savor a cigar with a drink while watching the lights shimmer over the skyline. Its absence isn’t just a missing amenity—it changes the rhythm of the stay. The downstairs bar, while convenient, doesn’t fill the same niche or mood. The decision to shut down the rooftop lounge feels like it removed a defining feature that drew regulars back time after time. If there’s any hope for a return to that elevated experience, it will have to come from either reviving the rooftop space or offering something that authentically captures that same sense of atmosphere and refined, city-lit relaxation. Until then, the core appeal of this property lives in its rooms and location, but the signature rooftop experience is sorely missed.

The elevators are super slow, you need to wait for 20 minutes in the morning to get an elevator. The shower is slow, the flow reduces significantly in the morning when more people are showering. The bathroom was very old and not very clean. The drain of the sink was almost clogged and very slow. They need a serious renovation to bring back this location. Not recommended at all.

The phone in the room didn't work. The shower head was falling out of the wall. There was cracks in the bathroom floor and shower floor. There was mystery stains on the chair in the room. The TV remote didn't work. The breakfast was fine and well stocked. The staff was amazing and wonderful. Parking is $35/day. Overall not worth the money.
