Disappointed in this Embassy Suites.
Cons: 1. The showers. The water pressure is so poor it makes showering nearly impossible. They have good water pressure available because the sinks work fine. 2. The evening reception. They provide mixed nuts and odd cheap veggies; do not expect what you receive at other Embassy Suites. They also don't restock. 3. Towels. We had enough towels the first night then the housekeeper would take whichever ones looked used and not replace.
Pros: 1. Location. 2. Dark and quiet rooms. 3. Parking. Though the parking garage is very tight and you can see where several cars have hit the walls, there is ample parking.
The biggest disappointment was the showers. As a woman, it was impossible to get all my hair wet to wash it due to such low water pressure. If you turn the bath on, it blasts out. But they don't have a stopper so a bath isn't an option.

Diamond member here. Avoid! The nicest thing about this hotel is the Koi pond when you come in. It’s dirty, the roof leaks and obviously has leaked for a long time. The staff seemed put out when we asked them why our room had not been cleaned and that we needed towels. Rudely refused when we asked to check out 15 minutes late. The worst Hilton experience we’ve ever had. Look elsewhere.

The prices are unreasonable and there are hidden prices that they don't tell you at the reservation time..like $27 charge for parking every night.
So 10 days you have to pay almost $300 only for parking.
I will never book this hotel again..never ever

Great place to stay, super clean and a very friendly staff. I am disappointed in the shower head height, I'm only 6'1" and the head was at my nose height.
Great spot though for business, plenty of eating options in walking distance.
