- LRLynn Rouse6 days ago1.0Hotel room had a leak in the ceiling (had been patched previously so they knew it did) It rained hard during the night soI put a waste basket under the leak, had to empty can once, and the drip drip, kept me awake most of the night. Receptionist did not believe me, said I had to wait for housekeeping to verify it and I was charged for the room.No apology, nothing. I will never stay here again.

Rude staff members with the exception of one young man who was nice. Bottles in the shower for shampoo and body wash were empty. Not even close to being worth the over $700.00 and 28,000 best western points utilized for the 1 night stay. Disappointing for sure.

I love the rooms with the fireplace and balconies with extra space to unwind. Breakfast was cool and it’s right next to Black Bear if you’re visiting family from out of town. Looking forward to trying to pool and hot tub next time! Highly recommend

- ESErik SchellerFeb 16, 20265.0When my sister’s house is full, the rest of the family stays at this hotel. It is one of the better cost effective three star hotels I have stayed at. The breakfast is included and typically includes eggs, bacon or sausage, potatoes, a pancake maker, and the usual cereals, bread, muffins, etc. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious. The room included a coffee maker with some coffee choices and such, a small refrigerator, and a microwave. We liked the small balcony. We also enjoyed using the pool and hot tub. It is a nice looking property.
