They put up a firewall that you can't penetrate the cloud without trouble shooting each click, each page, each site, each... etc. Google sites, news site... forget it. Streaming you think? It's laughable. Bring your phone for hot spot. Otherwise, leave your laptop or tablet behind.

The hotel got the full price from me and marked me as a "no-show". I reached out to see if they could help me rebook. I wasn't even asking for free room just for a discount so I didn't have pay full price twice for a room I hadn't even stayed in. They would not help me and pass it off to "the manager" who was not available for me to speak to via phone or in-person. I booked somewhere else and it's a shame bc I would've liked to have stayed here in future since I sometimes have to work in this area but they'd rather take $200 just to miss out on thousands from future bookings and groups that I would have been more than happy to recommend stay here if they would have extended ANY customer service to me smh.
