It took three calls and four attempts for us to get clean ones and still made the bed ourselves. They are under construction and will be for the foreseeable future. Terrible condition of everything in the room from the shower to the sink. Do not stay here.

The staff is so friendly and understanding. Everyday when we went down they always greeted us and asked us about our day especially the receptionist Valeria? I believe !!! She’s super nice and didn’t make us feel any way other than comfortable! She always talked to us with genuine interest ! As for everything else the rooms were so nice and comfortable! The housekeepers were always nice when we asked for stuff and very understanding of the “privacy please” sign we had due to us having cats in the room. Definitely would recommend going here (:! The only “ downside” is the parking and having one entrance and elevator but it’s minor because it’s only for renovations that the other elevator is closed!

They were under renovation which out a hamper on the elevator travel but they were accommodating with it and still had breakfast served daily with easy stations set up. Truly enjoyed our time here. Had turned into our go to hotel for disneyland vacations.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great! Location was excellent. Would stay again and highly recommend.
- BCBrenna Connolly (codex)Dec 13, 20252.0The rooms are fine… Toilet will run forever if you flush it wrong, beds are comfortable enough but nothing too impressive. Close to an ART bus stop to get to/from Disney, but it’s near the end of the bus route so there sometimes isn’t much room if you’re unlucky. The real issue is the housekeeping service- we checked in on Sunday, noticed no housekeeping had come by on Monday when we returned to the room so I asked at the front desk and was told they service every other day; fine, it wasn’t posted in the room like other places I’ve been that do this but I know it’s more eco-friendly. And housekeeping did appear to have stopped by on Tuesday, but they took all our washcloths and didn’t replace them until I called down to the front desk and asked. The remainder of our visit (Weds-Sun) the room appeared to have gotten no housekeeping attention at all; beds not made, towels not replaced, and so on. We won’t be staying here again.
