Here on a non-Disney trip. Staff was polite and very helpful. Surprisingly decent gym. On site food was a good option for quick turnaround and centrally located to restaurants and I5.

Our stay has definitely been very disappointing compared to the service they used to provide. Our check in wasn't welcoming by Bryan either he added an un-requested wake up call. TV service wasn't working properly it would lose signal. They now charge for parking as well $25. Then we were woken up to an un-requested wake up call at 7:00a.m.. Super disrespectful we were exhausted from the theme park. I also paid for breakfast to be included in our stay and we're not allowed to eat given that I had paid the fee very unacceptable and careless of the staff member Maryann to overlook this. The server didn't even bother to get a supervisor to help. We got up and had to go pay elsewhere for this breakfast. This is our last stay at this place and will ensure that whenever someone asks me where I stay I will make sure that they not book here any longer.

This hotel was perfect for our Disneyland trip! It’s a little out of the way for the park, but the ART bus got us there really quick. It’s a great budget option. The staff was amazing!

Overall, still a good stay. My room wasn’t as clean as last year, but still pretty clean. No major issues, but I found a nut on the ground and a couple other small things left. The AC in my room 503 was at times really noisy. Breakfast buffet is not good for $20. It is a very basic breakfast buffet pre-made scrambled eggs, some kind of breakfast meat and toast. No waffles. Seemed overpriced. Staff super friendly. I would stay there again.

This is my longtime go-to hotel whenever I'm visiting Disneyland. While it is technically close enough to walk to the park, it's a bit of a ways (especially when you have tired feet). I usually call a Lyft or an Uber, which costs about $8 one way to the drop-off area of the park.
The hotel has been recently renovated, and the rooms are nice, clean, and comfortable. This isn't a luxury hotel by any means, but it's great for families, couples, singles, and even business travelers. My husband likes it because the rooms have a large desk and well-lit workspace so he can get some work in between our park visits. I like it because the room has a mini refrigerator and microwave, making it a great place to fix some snacks!
There are dozens of restaurants within walking distance and the staff is always super friendly and competent. There's a small outdoor pool and hot tub, and the in-room air conditioning keeps things nice and chilly during the warmer months in California.
The lobby has a convenience snack shop in the lobby (Hilton HHonors members sometimes get a nightly credit to spend there, so be sure to ask) with outrageously high prices (you are paying for the convenience, after all). We use our credits to stock up on water and little snacks. The restaurant in the lobby has strange hours, but they run a very popular breakfast that costs around $20 per person. The hotel also sometimes provides free cookies in the lobby in the evenings!
The thing I don't like about this hotel is that they charge a $25 nightly fee for parking. It's crazy, unnecessary, and irritating. The parking lot also tends to fill up during busy times, so be aware of that.
This is my top pick whenever I stay in the area. It's a great, low-fuss Disneyland area hotel.
