The hotel is in a great location, very close to Disneyland and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff are really helpful and friendly. I left my glasses in my room by mistake and received excellent service from the head of housekeeping, Alan Cardenas in finding them. He found them and shipped them to me immediately. Would definitely recommend.

Everything was good, room was nice, big and clean. Front desk were nice except Alejandra. Because of her I am NOT giving 5 stars. I arrived 4:30 am after long flight, super tired with my little girl, I already called to tell I will be late checking in. I got room 412 with 2 key cards that does not open the room, I came down to Alejandra, she gave me another key, still not working. I went down again, Alejandra gave me 3rd key, with very cold response. I even ask her , what will I do if it does not work? She said come back again. Really ? With my 6 luggage’s and little kids late tired at night going up and down when I paid thousands for this hotel? She did not come to look herself and she did not seem concerned about her guest. I went up and down total 5 times and the key was not working. I asked Alejandra for manager, she said there is no manager. She was calling security and asking me to wait at the door. I was just sitting at floor until 5:15 am with my daughter and luggage. I went down to ask when will security come? She rudely told me “it was just few minutes since I told you I call him” it’s like I paid $2500 to stay waiting at the floor for an hour and she did not even apologise and telling me she will call him urgently. The security show up half an hour after she called him. My key does not opened. He opened it only through his override key. He asked me to stay in the room without key. Really ? What if I have to step out? Would I really have to come back to Alejandra for another 2 hours waiting for security to re open the door for me ? I asked him to give me another room. He went down and Alejandra gave me next room that again the key did not work. I know there was mistake by her initially to activate the key, it turn to be revengable , intentional mistake in order to keep me out since she saw me I got mad going up and down many times. I had to stayed there without key. Until I called Precious next day and she moved me to room 1203. Precious was nice and Mohamed also. Because that incident, I could not find my flight Michael Korea tennis shoes that I wear it only when I fly. So when I packed to leave after 11 nights, I could not find my shoes. I called front desk then house keeper manager. Cause it seemed I forgot it in the previous unsecured room. They could not find it. Guess ? House keeper stole it.

I am sad to say this hotel is dead to me now. I have been coming to this hotel since I was a kid for Disneyland trips and the last two times I stayed here, I was severely disappointed. First, the breakfast, which is the biggest issue was sad. This place used to have an omelet bar with cook to order omelets and freshly made food. I go out there for breakfast and find powdered eggs, cold sausage and bacon, bad coffee, and pre-made omelets. I thought the last time, it was due to a construction job that was happening, but I came back two years later and they are still serving this. I paid a lot of money to stay here and I would like a good breakfast served. I had to go to another restaurant for breakfast and spend more money. Second, there was no hot water in the shower. It was lukewarm at best. I was not sure if I was imagining things, but I felt that there was a flooring issue with the shower. It felt like the tub was sinking near the drain. Unsafe. The parking lot was really dirty as well. Trash everywhere and not a care to clean it by anyone. I will be going to the Residence Inn near Disneyland from now on. Known for their Mickey Mouse waffles.

We just got back from Disneyland and while there were things I liked about this hotel there was more I didnt. And I will never stay here again. I choose this hotel because it said it had a good breakfast. Made to order omlets. Well there was none of those. Just basic breakfast eggs meat potato’s fruit. It was good but so busy it was a pain to get anything. Then the elevator was so slow and packed. It took forever to get up and down to our room. And it would stop at every floor. One other was broken so tha made it worse. The room was nice. But our toilet kept bubbling up. And by the last night I had to go get a plunger cause it wouldn’t even work. We booked with get away today and was told the art shuttle ticket would come with staying there. Well that was a lie. And then the shuttle took forever to get there. The lady at the front when we checked in wasn’t very nice. But the people there the rest of the time was nice. There was trash in the hall ways. So it had rained and we tried to use the dryers and two of the three they had were broken. I definitely will be choosing another hotel next time. I was told On the phone that I could ask when we got there to get a room facing Disneyland. Well that never happened either I paid a lot for this vacation and the hotel just made it not very fun. Other than the hotel we had a great time.
