  The location of the room was nice but it could have been cleaner and better maintenance. The shower curtain was ripped in several locations, it was hard to turn the shower off so it did not drip. The kitchen was being remodeled and we were not told that until a couple days before our arrival. So there was still breakfast, but not the same experience of having someone make you your breakfast. The front desk staff when we first arrived was not very welcoming. That seemed like they did not care that we were there. The view from the room was beautiful.

  Staff was super friendly, even when i called to ask where the ice machine is. Small pantry has items for sale if you dont want to go out anywhere. Lots of shopping and eats nearby within walking distance. Breakfast provided in the morning is the best i have seen for complimentary meals. Our view was nice, though we did pay extra for an upgrade that was well worth it for us. This is our go to hotel anytime we go to Disneyland or downtown for shopping. Never fails to meet all our expectations and beyond. Highly recommended.

  We stayed here in late Jan. There was some short of convention going on and we some how got put in one of the rooms that was part of the convention. So in the morning we kept getting knocks on our door about a meeting happening in our room. I called the front desk but they did nothing. When checking out I made a complaint they credit my parking fee of $25.00. They also promised 25,000 to my loyalty account but never received those points. I’ve call multiple times but never got a response. Need less to say I will never be staying here again.

  Overall, good experience here. Staff have been friendly and helpful throughout our stay, the room was super clean. The included breakfast is genuinely good, and makes mornings a lot easier. No major issues. Couple of minor frustrations- first, the AC in the room is really, really loud. Not the end of the world, I just put some ear plugs in, but it is annoying throughout the day, and while trying to sleep. Second, they really emphasize that you get 'free drinks' during happy hour, 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. when we went to have our free drinks, it turns out we have to stand in a weird separate lineup, and the 'free drinks' are only Bud light, and nothing else lol. It is a perk, it's just kind of misleading. It's an easy walk to the convention center, and probably to Disney as it's just across the street from the convention center. 20 minutes or so. Lots of great restaurants around. Will stay here again.

  I booked this location for my son and me for our Disney vacation over Christmas, and it ended up being one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. The breakfast was amazing, the staff was incredibly pleasant and welcoming, and the housekeeping team was exceptional. We stayed for a full week, and everything was consistently clean and well-maintained. Even though it was very busy due to the Christmas holiday and everyone heading to Disney, there were so many things to do in the surrounding area that it never felt overwhelming. The entire experience was fun, comfortable, and truly memorable. As a longtime fan of Hilton, I was especially impressed by how affordable the stay was for an entire week in California. The rooms were cozy and inviting. The only downside was the window design when the drapes are open, there’s very little privacy. That felt more like a design issue than the hotel’s fault. Other than that, everything was wonderful. Overall, I’d give this stay a strong 5out of 5. I’ve already recommended it to several people, some of whom have booked for future trips, and I definitely plan to return soon.
