South of Downtown Sacramento anywhere from 20 minutes to 3 hours depending on helter-skelter Highway 99.
I called this hotel at about 1130pm to communicate my late arrival, not long after paying for the room online.
Perhaps I sounded tired or exhausted but the front desk agent took time to ask my room preferences such as top floor, lower floor, close to elevator or stairway access, side of the building, and proximity to others lodging for the night. She asked if I would like a quieter room tucked away on its own to which I quickly affirmed. By the time I arrived her shift had ended but she reserved for me a room on the top floor, literally on its own save one room to its right - the quietest night in a hotel I can recall.

I was referred to this hotel by a colleague. I stayed two nights in a King Suite room that was absolutely perfect. The cleanliness, neatness of the furnishings, quality of the towels, and the refrigerator was very COLD.
The front desk staff was very helpful, easy to communicate with, and she had a very nice smile and disposition.
Breakfast was again, awesome ! Good temperature, good selection, the breakfast area was very clean.
Overall a fantastic experience.
Worth the stay. Best bang for your buck I have found in California.
For that price, better than some of 3 or 4 star hotels! I paid $68 through expedia. Pool and hot tub were clean. Rooms have iron, microwave, hairdryer, tea and coffee, TV with netflix and other streaming services that you can log in to.
You usually can’t expect too much from continental breakfast, but as a person who tries to eat healthy, I was able to get some real eggs (boiled) some philadelphia cheese, honey and fruits. If you don’t care about health, you can of course also get some waffles and put some sugar syrup on it (they also had sugar free syrup tho). They also had scrambled something looking like eggs, but I don’t trust this pre-prepared stuff and sausage links - for someone who likes it, you can have a decent breakfast here!
I would stay again!

Passing through town and found this gem. This may be the best bang for my buck hotel I’ve gotten. Polly was kind and helpful checking us in, giving dinner suggestions and made sure we were settled in.
The room was nice, spacious, large TV, microwave, fridge. Even the shower head was fancy! I was grateful for the shampoo, conditioner, lotion, even mouthwash. Did get a bit of traffic noise in the morning, so ear plugs would be good if you’re a light sleeper. Breakfast was great.
