  We checked in late on a Friday. Rooms were barely cleaned and had no towels. The gentleman at the front desk seemed very overwhelmed. When asked for towels he handed me 1 bath towel 2 hand towels and a wash cloth for a family of 4! Day 2 someone came into our room to collect the towels but no turn down services provided. Which is fine but why come take the towels!? So I once again had to go ask for towels! Thankfully I always pack basic cleaning supplies to do a quick run through of every hotel. Wiping down some surfaces was gross and I wish I would have taken more pictures. Oh! Last day we found what looked like mouse droppings in the corner of the room.

  Horrible place to stay. Room smelled horrible. The TV or phone didn't work so I had to walk down to the office.

  I booked a room here two months ago. Upon my arrival yesterday, they said my room was not clean but to park near a specific room as that would be the room when it was ready. I told the man working at the front desk I would not be back until later in the night. At 10pm, I went to check in and the man at the front desk stated they cancelled our room and were completely full. Aside from cancelling the room without telling us, the person working the front desk was unhelpful and rude. Simply telling us “you were refunded, I don’t know what to tell you.” I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

  Such a quiet places to stay,check in was fast and easy,nice pool and great service,very nice people,the lady at the front counter was so nice ......
