My flight got changed so I ended up only needing it for one night. I called the hotel when I found this out and the guy said he couldn’t change it because I booked and paid through Priceline but that he could make me a new reservation but I would have to call Priceline to cancel. Priceline showed it was already cancelled. So when I got to the hotel they said I was a no show. Apparently the guy booked my new reservation for the same nights. So at this point I was tired and just wanted a room so I just paid the price for a king room. It was just about the same price for ONE night as it was the TWO nights I originally booked. Insane but whatever. I contacted Priceline again to explain the situation to see if they would offer me a refund or even give me a credit. Priceline was very cooperative and contacted the hotel about a cancellation exception due to flight schedule change. The hotel denied it so now I am out over $300.

The electric curtains didn’t work so we were stuck in our dark, prison of a room with no sunlight. It was noisy in the hotel because the walls and floors must be made out of paper. I would NEVER recommend thi hotel to anybody.

Room was not ready and my family and I had to wait an extra 45 minutes making it very difficult to make our appointment on time in the city. Staff member was extremely rude and unhelpful, offering no concessions and showing complete apathy for their lack of service and preparedness. Room was awful due to the highway noise and couch pullout bed was extremely uncomfortable and outdated. Would not recommend to anyone to stay at this hotel, go a few miles away and stay at a much better establishment. This experience has completely destroyed my impression of Holiday Inn Express hotels and I cannot recommend them as of this review. DO NOT pay extra for this hotel based on some reputation you see on tv ads. Spend less and get a better experience elsewhere.
