first off the gave my room to someone else and gave me a room with 1 bed when i needed 2 then they dint do a service on my room like i requested and then when i got a room i told them i was staying an extra day and they didnt put that in the computer so they came to my door asking why i was still there the shower handle was falling off and the room smelled like mildew and mold worst stay ever

"Housekeeping" repeatedly entered my room when I was not there even though the sign was up stating I did not want them to enter that day. Still not sure if I have all my valuables. I just checked out and left because I took it up with management and nothing was done. Stay at your own risk......

Lived in Fresno for 50 years before I moved north to just above Chico but this motel wasn't built before I moved. The staff was very nice and the room was great. The breakfast every morning was fantastic and had a lot of different options.

Been staying here for years and everything has gone downhill. Elevator didn’t work for certain floors. My Platinum Elite account preference is set to not being near the elevator, and was put right behind the (1 working) elevator. But I get it’s a preference and not guaranteed. AC wasn’t working in my room and they apparently only had 2 other rooms with broken blinds. So they switched us to the room that apparently was broken less. I was told that my rate wouldn’t change, yet I was overcharged by over $100. Towels were shredded and in poor quality. Room was not very clean. Music outside was playing so loudly past midnight and sounded like it was coming from the lobby (we were above it). Won’t be staying here again. The girl at the counter was nice so at least there was that.
