Good rooms, friendly staff. Probably the best IHG breakfast I've seen at any hotel I've visited in the last two years - and I've been to a lot! Only bummer here is the washing machine surcharge- $6.25 per load! Absolutely crazy. Want clean clothes? Wash them in the bathroom sink. (The employees said the machine owners set the prices. Okay then, get rid of them and buy your own. It's only a buck or two in Rosenberg, TX and Monroeville, PA!)

Lilian the manager is very unprofessional and unorganized. Called her to ask a question on an update and she hung up. Supposed to solve people‘s problems not hang up. Higher ups needs to replace her because she is not representing the company to its full potential. Take your money and family literally across the street to those hotels. Save you some trouble and time for rudeness..

Book here if you are looking to get charged extra for something you did not even break. We opened the ironing board and it did not want to close afterwards. We assumed that the cleaning crew was able to close it or at least knew how too. Apparently $75 was charged for a damaged item. No refund on that either. So use their "free" items if you want to fork over extra money. Would recommend all the handful of other hotels around this one.
