We didn’t have high expectations, but we found this hotel at a reasonable price and booked it on the app right in the parking lot. To our surprise, the hotel was very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was much better than expected. The omelet and waffles were especially good. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

We can hear people talking in the halls. The fridge in the room is pretty noisy for a mini fridge. But It’s not like a wild place, so I was still able to sleep. The staff is amazing. Very friendly and helpful, and the rooms are clean. Breakfast has decent options and is well stocked and attended to.

- DHDevean HernandezNov 24, 20251.0Between the unprofessional front desk, the lazy and never present managers, lack of room hygiene, smell, and uncomfortably dirty bedding, this is easily my worst business trip. Hampton and Hilton hotels are my go to because of the level of hospitality and professionalism. The managers threw that out the window. They don’t have numbers to call them at and despite there being two, the both work the 9am shift so if you come to ask questions it better be during your working hours as well or you are out of luck! Workers tried to call them and nothing. Laziest Hilton managers I’ve ever heard of. In all my years never have I been at a Hilton that didn’t have a manager on duty at all times or at least half the time. Majority of the day, the front desk can’t help you because they need a manager. Either managers have to train their staff to do stuff without them or quit and find a 9-5. Carianne was particularly unpleasant, laughed at me over the phone and called me snippy. They tried to apologize for the behavior after and claim the laugh was just them clearing their throat. I don’t know if they think this a court of law but just because I don’t have a recording of our call doesn’t mean I’m incapable of registering and remembering tone or disrespect. Beware, do not stay if you expect to interact with hotel staff (like 99% of us on business trips are forced to do)
