Absolutely beautiful hotel - never seen a Doubletree quite like this. The center of the building is a cavern, and at night, it light up and is quite the site, especially from the top floors looking down. There is a beautiful waterfall on one side, and a great bar. Lots of comfortable seating. I had breakfast at the restaurant - five stars on that well. The room was large enough and comfortable. Entire place is spotless. The only problem is the area is a bit on the sketchy side. I would not suggest walking around at night. They have guards for the parking lot.

I booked this hotel through Hotels.com, but the address listed was completely wrong. My confirmation showed 2233 Ventura St, which took us about 20 minutes south of the actual hotel on Cesar Chavez Ave. After realizing the mistake, we had to drive all the way back — wasting time and gas. When we arrived, the lady at the front desk said she’d “help me over here,” but then immediately told me to “please allow the computer to boot up,” which already felt rude and dismissive. I explained the situation and showed her my Hotels.com confirmation with the wrong address, but she brushed it off and said it wasn’t their problem, that I’d have to deal with Hotels.com myself. We even kindly asked her to please update or report the wrong address so future guests wouldn’t have the same issue, and she snapped back that “it’s not the job of the front desk.” Her attitude was nasty and completely lacking in professionalism or empathy. Even if the incorrect listing wasn’t directly their fault, a little courtesy and willingness to help would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, this experience left a very poor first impression.

Albergo grande , con vari spazi per rilassarsi , colazione buona a pagamento. Il punto forte et la reception!! Ho trovato Charles che faceva il turno notte e mi ha risolto un inconveniente alla velocità della luce , veramente di una disponibilità unica! Consigliato.
