- ALAnita LishFeb 18, 20264.0This was a great hotel. We even extended our stay. Prices are even better. Location was a little worrisome but they do have patrolling security. Staff was friendly and helpful. And they have breakfast.

She was rude acted like I was an idiot that didn't know how to work a tv . Called the front desk again . The rude girl said she would send housekeeping which were very helpful . My room would not connect to WiFi . I tried for hours . I called the front desk they said it was probably my phone I stepped outside to try to connect and it did but as soon as I went back into room . It disconnected . I proceeded to the front desk lobby . Nobody was there to help . So my experience sucked on valentines day .

One of if not my best experiences I’ve ever had in a hotel. Large selection of amenities and fun activities. The staff is top quality especially the front desk Sheryl! Definitely recommend!!!
