  Here’s a brief, polished review you can use or adapt: Stayed for one night and had a wonderful experience, largely thanks to the front desk woman, Sheryl, who went truly above and beyond. She was warm, smiling, professional, and incredibly helpful, making check-in smooth and making me feel genuinely welcomed. Her exceptional service turned a short stay into a memorable one. Excellent hospitality and service!! Fantastic value for the room price; exceeded expectations, room was super clean and a good free breakfast.

  Im a bouncer who stays very often at this hotel from 4to5 days a month but on new years I worked late and didnt get to hotel till very late had to wait over 30min to check in because there computer was acting up lady said since it was giving her trouble I wouldn't have to check out till the next day at 12 and I was all good but the manager showed up next mourning and harrassed me saying I had to leave if I wasnt paying a early check in fee of 50$ so I explained i was told I was good and she called the employee and the employee admitted they made a mistake and forgot to charge me extra for early check in but the manager said she didnt care if her employee made a mistake and said I would have to leave if I didnt pay the 50$ the manager was extremely disrespectful and rude after this treatment i will definently consider looking at other hotels for now on because of this total shake down and I have informed corporate of this harassment update after manger saw my review she proceeded to call me again and asked if I would be checking out today even though I payed for this room until tomorrow and even paid the extra 50$ she complained about my review and is harrassing me this is beyond crazy treatment of a loyal customer who is always here

  Had a 4 day stay at this location, and I stay at a lot of best westerns, first night we were greeted by Andrea she was very professional and sweet we checked in pretty late and she still was able to accommodate us with our request, property is well kept very clean and quiet rooms are nice and comfortable, don’t get me started on the bathtub !! Absolutely loved how big it was . Breakfast was great as well all and all we had a great stay we will definitely be coming back ! We come out once a month and this will be our second home ! I to am a manager at a bw in San Diego and I already told my staff how great our stay was ❤️🙌

  The room was dirty, the walls, and curtains had brown, dried liquid stains, the wood floor had crumbs and food residue. The trash cans had no liners, yet we are charged a cleaning deposit for are unclean room. Where is the logic in that? The woman at the front desk during the 2 encounters I had with her were awful and lacking any customer service she was rude and short. The worse part of this whole situation was there was noooo hot water and that is shameful. I took 2 cold showers in the winter. Do better Best Western, don’t turn into Motel 6. But I won’t be returning back to this location, if any at all.
