    Rooms are dilapidated. Changed room two time in 11 nights stay. The first two rooms should not offered to customer. Ants everywhere in the first room even in the bathroom. Air conditioning system were not working. Shower system we're worn and not functioning. Room charge included breakfast. Not much hot foods. Becon- sausage-becon-sausage, every other day with so call scrambled eggs. Thjnk they actually boiling the mixture with some oil. Job done.

    Check in was fast and efficient. The Concierge was very friendly and knowledgeable.The room was very clean and spacious. Absolutely love Best Western.

    Nous avons fait une réservation sur Booking.com à l’arrivée, le monsieur que nous avions à l’accueil nous a dit qu’il n’y avait qu’une seule chambre de payer, mais je lui ai dit que j’avais deux chambres de réserver, il m’a dit y en a qu’une de payer, on n’en aurait qu’unej’ai appelé Booking qui m’ont bien confirmé qu’il y avait bien deux chambres de payées. Nous sommes adressés à une autre personne qui a confirmé que nous avions bien deux, chambre de payer.
