Dès notre arrivée, nous avons découvert des cafards dans la chambre et dans la salle de bain. Après avoir signalé le problème à la réception, on nous a changé de chambre… mais malheureusement, la deuxième chambre avait aussi des cafards. En plus de cela, l’hôtel a voulu nous faire payer une deuxième fois la chambre, sous prétexte que la réservation effectuée via Booking n’avait pas été réglée, alors que le paiement avait bien été effectué en ligne. Cette situation a été très désagréable et stressante. En résumé, chambres sales, présence d’insectes et gestion du paiement très peu professionnelle. Je ne recommande pas cet établissement.
