Door latch was also broken and plastic laundry bag hung in the closet was most likely already used. Light switches even looked like they need to be cleaned. Leaving a review because our experience didn’t match other reviews available.
- LJLether JohnsonMar 28, 20261.0Will never book with hotel again. I had a family emergency and wouldn’t be able to make it to my reservation. Hotel didn’t can’t care and still charged me. Front desk was very rude, when asked to speak to manager she said manager wasn’t there but had told me she just spoke to manager. How could you have spoken to manager if she wasn’t there? Front desk wasn’t even willing to compromise and change the date for the reservation. No empathy was shown for my situation at all. Worst experience ever.
