  Really nice and very clean hotel — everything still feels brand new. The room was spacious with top-quality furniture, and the bed was super comfortable. The pillows felt fresh and the water pressure was excellent. My only complaints were that the hotel couldn’t honor a late checkout even with my Diamond status, and there was some confusion at the front desk when I requested to charge a different credit card. I swiped the new card in person, but later they said they had no record of it. Overall, it’s a great property and an enjoyable stay — just a few service hiccups that I hope they smooth out as they get more established.

  仕事でサンノゼに通うために20泊しました。市内は高額なのでフリーモントにしましたが、朝7時前に出れば30分で着きます。8時を過ぎると高速入口から渋滞して大変です。 朝食は6:00〜9:30、内容は平均的。火曜・水曜はハッピーアワーがあり、ワインや軽食が出ます（ビールなし）。週2回あるのはありがたいです。 ランドリーは洗濯$2.5＋乾燥$2.5で計$5。受付で10ドルからクォーターに両替してくれるので便利。 一方で残念な点も多かったです。清掃は2日に1回のはずが来ないことがありました。ジムは改装中で水もタオルもなく、25ポンドのダンベルもなし。プールもリノベーション中で利用できず、さらに休日の朝から工事音で起こされました。駐車場は1日10ドルで少し割高に感じました。 他のHomewood Suitesと比べると管理面でやや見劣りしますが、長期滞在に必要な最低限の設備は揃っています。

  This is a brand new hotel, so new in fact that it is still under construction. The website says it has an outdoor pool. It is still being built, it would be nice if this was mentioned on the website. The suites are nice, and are in fact studio flats. They have everything you need for a comfortable extended stay. The lady at check in was OK at best. We are diamond members, and have 50+ stays a year in Hiltons. We always get great service. On this occasion the lady was clearly uninterested in her job. Did not greet us, no explanation of much, and just in general a bit unfriendly. Location is great, parking is $10 a night. They have EV chargers too. Breakfast is a hit and miss. Presented nicely but not many options, generally speaking a Hampton Inn has more variety. Maybe will get better in time. Would stay again!

  I stayed here for two nights and realized I wasn’t offered any water upon check-in. When I inquired at the front desk, the staff member mentioned that the hotel only provides two bottles of water per stay. As a Hilton Diamond member, I found this quite disappointing — especially considering the water provided is Kirkland brand. It feels unnecessarily stingy and not at all reflective of Hilton’s usual Diamond-level hospitality standards.
