- MSMohammed Selia3 days ago1.0This hotel is not on Hilton standards, the rooms are great but the staff especially Kai at front desk shouldn’t be in the hospitality industry. I know I left my charger in the hotel but she had no inclination to get it for me even though my office is a 5 min drive and I said I would stop by the front desk to grab it. Horrible experience with breakfast as well.

They had construction materials all over the parking lot, caulking wasn't even done in the room so we had paint and dirt in our room. Nothing was opened or ready: pool, parking lot, & room. Save yourself the hassle and money, go to homewood suites Newark off Mowry. Won't regret it.

No wall art and minimal decoration. Breakfast room is bare and depressing. Food is basic at best. Parking is under the hotel but the elevators have confusing floor numbers. Staff and housekeepers are nice. The food is that you can walk to stores and restaurants
