    I am extremely disappointed and honestly heartbroken by the service I received during a busy holiday. I drove over two hours to this hotel, exhausted, only to be turned away because I forgot my ID and wallet. While I understand the policy, this was the first time I was required to check in at the front desk, as I normally use digital check-in without issue. I stay with Hilton 1–2 times a month and have chosen this brand consistently because I trusted it. To be treated with zero flexibility or care after a long drive especially as a frequent guest was incredibly upsetting. Being left without a place to stay on a holiday made me feel unsupported and disposable. This experience fell far below Hilton standards and seriously damaged my trust in the brand.

    It's an average hotel, but the front desk is welcoming. Breakfast is 20 dollars a plate, and they do not let you take your plate back to your room if you did not finish. Hyatt gives free breakfast and doesn't follow you to the elevator to stop you from bringing the plate up to your room. Ridiculous. The only reason I didn't rate it lower is because of the kind people at the front desk.

    This is a wonderful hotel: the rooms are super clean, the layout is awesome, and solid bathroom layouts. The bar/restaurant is absolutely the best, great food and even better service! Frankie had the most amazing customer service and always has a smile on her face. I will definitely be back when I’m in the area
