Staff are friendly and considerate. My wife and I recently relocated to the Medford, Oregon area. On the way up, we stayed here overnight. Our hostess was kind enough to step away from her office Christmas party to get us additional linens. The extra effort was a nice touch. And they have this cool automated pancake machine in the breakfast nook. Beautiful drive through the city is an added perk. Thumbs way up!

Indoor pool and spa closed hours before we got there due to cloudy water, wasn't treated the 3 nights we were there. This was the reason we booked this hotel. Daily I asked for a discount to my rate bc of this and got nowhere. A basketball team came through and breakfast was cleared out of food with 45 minutes left of service and the kitchen staff didn't have more supplies, like even milk for cereal, and when they asked the front desk to go out and get more, they were rebuffed and told a delivery would be there that afternoon. The only ice machine of the hotel was broken. The hotel is pet friendly and when I went to pack my car to leave, there was dog poop behind my car. This trip was my Christmas gift to my kids and it was such a disappointment and I asked for the team to make it better for us and they did nothing.

I was double charged by this hotel for my room after paying on hotels.com. The property did not help at all! They told me to contact hotels.com for help. Additionally the room was cold and literally had a hole in the AC open to the outside, and the temperature control was broken. The room was very overpriced for average holiday inn amenities. Stay at a local inn or push forward to Eureka!
