- MAMiller AmyNov 14, 20254.0I usually like staying at Best western's. They're usually pretty decent for the money. But this one the rooms need to be updated, especially for what they charge. We were told when we called that we couldn't use my points for the king bed so we ended up paying full price which is crazy for being in November. When we got to the hotel the kid there said we could use a point but not at that time because we already made the reservation. There is a nice access to the beach which goes under the road so you don't have to try crossing.

- TDTrish DoSep 13, 20251.0I stayed at Best Western Vista Manor Lodge and had an extremely unsafe and disappointing experience. My room had no fire alarm in the bedroom, a broken window (unsafe and insecure), a non-working telephone, broken A/C, and even the TV remote didn’t work. When I called the front desk to complain, they did nothing to fix these serious issues. Instead, they told me to “just call them from my cellphone” if I needed anything else — completely unacceptable, especially with no working phone in the room. This stay was unsafe, uncomfortable, and not what you expect from Best Western. I do not recommend this hotel until management takes guest safety seriously.
- DODavid OsborneSep 6, 20254.0Let me start by saying this motel is old. The newest thing about it was the Best Western sign next to the road. That being said, everything else about the place was great. The owners stayed late to make sure we got our keys and got in. They were great. The room itself was a little dated but was clean, comfortable and well stocked. The bed was soft and and the sheets were clean. The next morning there was a ton of breakfast food waiting in the main building which was all good. Don't sleep on this place, it's the definition of looks being deceiving. If and when we ever return to Fort Bragg we won't hesitate to stay here again.
