  We stayed here for a night and the service was excellent. Rooms were very quaint and cozy. If you are going and simply looking for a great location and place to stay, it’s great. Unfortunately, the restaurant was very under whelming. Food was just not what we expected from a Napa Valley Gem like The Farmhouse Inn. Over cooked octopus and several dishes that just seemed to clash. Their donut appetizer was confused and their chicken main dish lacked flavor and had way too much watery Au Jus that ruined the potatoes and made the dish a mess. I hope they can recapture the food scene again, because if they can, this will quickly return to a 5 star place to stay.

  We had an incredible stay at Farmhouse Inn and cannot recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcomed and truly went above and beyond throughout our entire visit. A special thank you to Wendy, who made the check-in process seamless and set the tone for a wonderful experience. Michael absolutely went out of his way for us as well. We had missed the breakfast window but he graciously allowed us to order and eat even after the kitchen had technically closed. That kind of hospitality is rare and did not go unnoticed. Our massages were wonderful and left us feeling completely relaxed. The property itself is stunning and the atmosphere is everything you would hope for in a getaway like this. We will absolutely be back and are already looking forward to our next visit. If you are looking for a place that combines beautiful surroundings with warm, attentive service, Farmhouse Inn is the place to be.

  We truly enjoyed out time at The Farmhouse Inn this weekend. Service, food, room and spa were are amazing. We wanted to celebrate our anniversary somewhere relaxing, without crowds that offered good food and a spa. It was exactly what we hoped for. Staff was attentive and responsive to any requests. We hope to come back in the near future.

  One of my favorite hotels. I love visiting. There are so many things I love. The barn rooms are gorgeous and very spacious. The balcony looks into the trees and feels very private. The double sided fireplace is a nice touch. The heated marble floors in the bathroom are wonderful on chilly mornings. Anything you need is in the room, including a delicious treat each day. I LOVE the Sumbody scrubs. The brown sugar scrubs smells great and works! The soaps they provide are also wonderful. The room is so cozy and welcoming, it’s hard to leave. But there is much more. I really enjoyed the local winery happy hour where you get to learn about the wines and enjoy them in q beautiful setting. The pool is nice with lots of chairs and umbrellas for those of us that want shade. The grounds are full of flowers, fruits, and plants. Walking in and out is a treat. I liked to visit the chickens and say hello. Farmhouse is a short drive from so many wineries and their partnerships make visiting a great experience. We went on walks/runs each day in the area. There aren’t many sidewalks but running through vineyard is always pretty. The team at Farmhouse is super friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome and meet any needs. I was sad to learn that the gorgeous Charlotte (cat) had passed but new resident cat Charlie is an asset. He is always ready for pets and seeing him is a treat! The only downside to farmhouse is that you have to leave and sets a high bar for other hotels. But I can visit again soon!
