  One of the best hotel experiences ever. Room was nice with a kitchenette fully stocked with dishes and silverware, but I didn't end up needing it because of the social hour every Mon-Wed which was unexpected and awesome with different dinner options like a taco bar one night with delicious meat options, fresh toppings, and salsas. Complimentary wine and beer was also offered all three nights. The young man that served the bar was the highlight though, he went out of his way to make sure everyone was having a good time and got what they wanted. It was fun to meet and talk with the other guests. The indoor pool and hot tub area was very nice. There is a courtyard area with tables and a grill. The laundry was free! The only two things I can think of that weren't outstanding was the ice machine was broken and the fitness center AC didn't work so well. It was near 80 in there in the afternoons which made it hard to run on the treadmill. The front desk staff was super nice and always available. They even gave out ice from their kitchen to guests for our drinks and coolers. I will definitely be back!

  Very run down property and outdated and pool was ice cold and hot tub had many times with matiance issues closed,rude general manager Tamara ,only two good things were housekeeping being friendly and the meals for breakfast and social hour besides that it was a waste of money and uncomfortable environment.

  We stayed at this hotel for our New Year trip to Napa. The main reason we booked this property was to enjoy the indoor swimming pool, but to our disappointment, the pool was not heated—the water was as cold as tap water. The jacuzzi was also unclean, with a bunch of hair floating in it. Additionally, the convertible sofa was torn along the edges, and the sofa bed felt unstable. The only positive aspect of our stay was the breakfast. I would never stay in this hotel again.

  I was not happy with Staybridge Suites. We stayed for 8 days and had to change rooms because the heating system was not working correctly, so they moved us to another room. In that room, the microwave did not work, and the heating system made the floor wet. I had to call downstairs for an ironing board. The light in the kitchen was not working when I needed to cook. I give the stay one star. When you plan on staying for several days, make sure you check everything.

  The downstairs is beautiful but the rooms are horrible the toilets barely flushed only came with one blanket and when we asked for more they gave us one with holes the dishes were dirty and the pool was SUPER cold the hot tub was nice tho and a plus was the breakfast was great
