We stayed at this hotel for our New Year trip to Napa. The main reason we booked this property was to enjoy the indoor swimming pool, but to our disappointment, the pool was not heated—the water was as cold as tap water. The jacuzzi was also unclean, with a bunch of hair floating in it.
Additionally, the convertible sofa was torn along the edges, and the sofa bed felt unstable.
The only positive aspect of our stay was the breakfast.
I would never stay in this hotel again.

I was not happy with Staybridge Suites. We stayed for 8 days and had to change rooms because the heating system was not working correctly, so they moved us to another room. In that room, the microwave did not work, and the heating system made the floor wet. I had to call downstairs for an ironing board. The light in the kitchen was not working when I needed to cook. I give the stay one star. When you plan on staying for several days, make sure you check everything.

Hotel seems to be nice overall. Weird thing is how late breakfast is on the weekends and how many people came down to ask when it started because during the week it is an hour earlier than the weekend. That seems dumb and confusing. They also have multiple bathrooms around that apparently need to be locked till 8am which is after breakfast starts and makes no sense. They have someone at the front desk all the time and should be able to leave these open. The bathrooms by the gym and pool I was told are never open and don't work. That also seems stupid. What is the point of the bathroom there. Who knows how many people pee in the pool because of this. I can't believe the stupidity of this move. I am waiting for breakfast now over an hour since they start the breakfast at 7:30 on the weekends. Also seems like a lazy option and a bad choice to start that late. I am one of 9 people to come down and be told to wait now. They didn't tell a lot of people this was a thing apparently. This management team needs to fix things and get it up to par and rethink the breakfast schedule. Oh yeah open the bathrooms like every other hotel I have ever been to.
