  Room was clean and fresh. Lyndon's and pillows were like sleeping on a cloud. The pool and hot tub area are terrific. Always appreciate the wide variety of food for the hot breakfast buffet.

  Wonderful experience, I had it set up, so my girlfriend could check in before me, because there was a few hours behind her. It made everything exceptionally easy with wonderful amenities and very comfortable beds.

  As Platinum Elite members, we expect IHG reliability, but this property fell drastically short. Our room was dilapidated and unclean, with a musty odor that forced us to run an excessively noisy fan just to tolerate the space. We thought . Most distressing, however, was the theft of our $1,000+ family bike from the hotel’s enclosed parking lot. The bike was securely locked to our professional bike rack, which was also damaged during the crime. What’s more disheartening is the manager's complete lack of empathy. He initially refused to check security footage without a police report, claiming it would be too time-consuming. Once the report was filed, he finally helped us review the footage but dismissively stated that due to understaffed local police, such thefts routinely go unresolved under his management. Rather than offering basic guest support, he repeatedly deflected all liability to us—a completely unacceptable stance given the absolute lack of theft warning signs at the entrance, front desk, or the area where we parked. Furthermore, the theft went entirely unnoticed because exterior parking lights were inexplicably turned off and several security cameras were non-functional. Travelers should be warned that personal property is not safe here. We expect IHG to thoroughly investigate this property’s negligent security and unprofessional management, and we look forward to prompt corporate outreach to discuss a meaningful service recovery.

  Nice clean rooms, friendly staff, good location. Front desk person was very personable. She recommended Calapooia brewery, which was great for local vibes.

  We were here for spring break. We have been traveling south on highway 101 & this is one of the best hotels we’ve stayed in so far. Chris at the front desk was so friendly & offered great restaurants for dinner. The rooms are spacious & lovely. How fun to have an ottoman with the room to put my feet up after being in a car all day. The bathroom is large & has a lot of counter space. The indoor pool & spa is my 10 year olds favorite part of this place!
