    I loved this hotel! I definitely would like to come back again. Breakfast was special with lots of choices and seating either indoors or outside in a gorgeous garden. The groundsman and the breakfast lady worked quietly and nonstop, without drawing attention to themselves, but I appreciated their hard work. The people at the front desk were most gracious. Even the cleaners were friendly.

    Our room was as expected. Everything worked well except for the shower head in the bathroom. I really like that the bathroom came with a warmer, one of the things I hate is getting out of the shower and being cold so that was definitely a plus. The scenery when we first arrived was nice. Once we got into the lobby and got a view of the inside area where the pool is it was even more beautiful. In the morning, we had the free breakfast that came complimentary with our stay. I really got to see the amenities during the day as I arrived prior the night before, the pool area and seating was very very beautiful, they had a pool table that was currently not open because breakfast was currently being served. The also had a spa with a heated pool. The complimentary breakfast was very delicious and the waffles were fantastic! The guest and wait staff were very polite and friendly. If I ever come back into this area, I will definitely be staying at this Best Western, preferably during the summer where the pool would be more favorable 🥰.

    Absolutely fantastic hotel! The rooms were clean and comfortable, the bathrooms were nice, and the breakfast was surprisingly good. The heated pools were absolutely AMAZING! Every staff member here was super nice and personable. I want to give a special shoutout to Selina, the on-site chauffeur for the limousine, for being such a lovely person! I’m a bit sad that I only got 3 photos of the Oasis, they have a beautiful saltwater fish tank in the lobby and Selina’s limousine out front too. I would love to come back again next time I’m exploring Humboldt!

    We really enjoyed our experience at this hotel. From check-in to breakfast the next morning was fantastic. Check out is at noon, which is lovely. We also appreciated the self serve coffee in the lobby. We would have loved to enjoy the Oasis area, however there were far too many families with children enjoying themselves, and we didn't want to impede their joy. Maybe have adults only hours is my only suggestion for an upgrade here. We will definitely stay here again.
