  This hotel goes above and beyond on service from start to finish. One of the best BW hotels I have stayed in. Would highly recommend staying here. Beautiful scenery and decor. Very friendly staff, ample parking. Good Breakfast. What more do you need

  The hotel is super clean. It’s bougie for a best western. We were surprised by the limo they offered to take us to dinner for free! The rooms come with 2 robes which was super handy because it was a super cold walk to and from the pool. Unfortunately the beautiful extra large spa was on the luke warm. That was super disappointing because the atmosphere was on point ! The bed was in the firm side but not super bad. The mini fridge didn’t have a thermostat so it wasn’t super cold. Some rooms were being remodeled. Our room looked like it may have been remodeled except for the shower. Overall it was clean. The limo driver was super nice and knowledgeable!

  We had a great time enjoying the tropical pool area. Spa was the size of a swimming pool and it was beautiful waterfalls and Hawaiian music in the background made me feel like I was at a resort in Hawaii. I love the pool table and all of the seating with fire pits. Also the breakfast is nearly the best I've ever eaten at a hotel. The beds were not as comfortable as I would like I think they needed to be adjusted but overall the experience was five star plus.

  This property is NOT neurodivergent friendly! Poor quality bedding. No mattress protector sheets barely cover the mattress and do not stay in place. Property is surrounded by highway 101 on three sides. Should have gone to Arctica and driven the extra 10 mi Thought the room had no air conditioner, it was covered by a table

  Our room was as expected. Everything worked well except for the shower head in the bathroom. I really like that the bathroom came with a warmer, one of the things I hate is getting out of the shower and being cold so that was definitely a plus. The scenery when we first arrived was nice. Once we got into the lobby and got a view of the inside area where the pool is it was even more beautiful. In the morning, we had the free breakfast that came complimentary with our stay. I really got to see the amenities during the day as I arrived prior the night before, the pool area and seating was very very beautiful, they had a pool table that was currently not open because breakfast was currently being served. The also had a spa with a heated pool. The complimentary breakfast was very delicious and the waffles were fantastic! The guest and wait staff were very polite and friendly. If I ever come back into this area, I will definitely be staying at this Best Western, preferably during the summer where the pool would be more favorable 🥰.
