Unfortunately, the bathroom in the accessible room was not accessible at all, which was a major disappointment. To make matters worse, the bathroom was not clean, the hair dryer didn't work, and the bed and pillows were extremely uncomfortable. I was really looking forward to a comfortable stay, but it turned out to be a nightmare. I'm extremely disappointed and won't be returning to this hotel.
