Lost a piece of clothing 15 mins after checking out, i contact them directly and tell em if they can hold it and I'd be back to pick it up. Instead they give me a website to report i lost something instead of just going in the room and holding it. Its been 2 weeks and i realized im not getting that shit back. Id give zero stars if i could, absolute worst hotel ive ever stayed at.

Probably the worst experience I’ve had at a hotel that is attached to a brand that is reputably Decent. I was overcharged paying for the deposit, which I shouldn’t have even had seeing as how I am a platinum rewards member. I was never offered my complimentary Gift from the incompetent desk clerk, It has been two weeks since I checked out and trying to get a hold of the manager to see where my deposit is is impossible. If you’re OK with losing money and a creepy dude checking you in, Stay here… otherwise avoid these scammers.
