The shower ran cold and the bathtub had rust stains everywhere as well as the tub being 2 different colors. Door handles were broken. I was so disgusted, I checked out early. The man that works at night, I forgot to get his name, he was super nice and respectful same with Diane who I met this morning. They need some serious upgrades to match the energy of the staff.

Lost a piece of clothing 15 mins after checking out, i contact them directly and tell em if they can hold it and I'd be back to pick it up. Instead they give me a website to report i lost something instead of just going in the room and holding it. Its been 2 weeks and i realized im not getting that shit back. Id give zero stars if i could, absolute worst hotel ive ever stayed at.
