  Comfortable and clean. Don't forget your hairbrush. They can't help you at the front desk.

  Stay away from room 256. The first comforter for the pull out had blood drops on it, got a second one, which was torn. Did ask for a different room after first going in but was told there weren't any more. Did not notice the peeling wallpaper and BLACK MOLD in the bedroom until kid was already in bed asleep on sofabed, so slept poorly worrying about the mold. Breakfast was clean, well stocked, and staff were nice. Won't stay here again, and am more than a bit peeved that the room cost $180.00+ taxes and the 20 year old decor is literally falling off the walls showing BLACK MOLD

  This holiday inn express is well run and the rooms are in great condition. Staff were helpful and fast, even when I was checking in late. Note that you need to give your license plate number for parking. The lobby has lots of seating and two guest computers with a laser printer. My room was spacious, although the lack of seating is annoying when you're taking shoes on and off. The beds are a nice medium firm with no issues and good linens. I appreciate the newer clock radio with USB-C PD charging. It took a few minutes for the thermostat to respond to me, but it had all the adjustability I needed, and the air conditioner wasn't loud at all. There are the usual amenities in the bathroom, along with a generous supply of towels, although they're rather thin and rough. The shower got sufficiently warm and water pressure was good. There's a selection of free coffee and tea, work desk, and adjustable reading lights. All the lights have a cold color temperature which looks harsh at night. The ceiling had a slight creak when the guest above me walked on their floor. The breakfast buffet was quite generous with two kinds of mini omelettes, turkey sausage, potatoes, pancake machine, cinnamon rolls, baked goods, cereal, juices, oatmeal, and coffees. There is also a mini-mart to purchase small lunch and dinner meals. Although I have small complaints, this hotel is a great value and there are no dealbreakers for me.

  I enjoyed my time there at this hotel. My bed was so comfortable, I didn't want to get out of bed. I love the space in my room. I only had one issue which is the bathroom door, it stays closed. I have to put the trash can in front of the door so that the door wouldn't close. Other than that, I enjoyed my time there. The ladies at the front desk was so kind and friendly. I also like that there are many restaurants and shops to go to.
