The front desk worker, Mariah, was especially great—she was professional, kind, and very helpful throughout check-in. She made the process smooth and made me feel comfortable right away. Even though my stay was short, the positive attitude of the staff really stood out. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again in the future.

The front desk staff was indifferent when we inquired why the website did not state there was an additional charge. I will stay here again. The room was fine. We were there very early and she asked the staff if they could clean our room early so we could get in. We were under a lot of stress but she made us feel a lot better in a tough situation. She recommended restaurants and things we could do while we tried to figure out our next steps. The maintenance man even let my husband borrow a tool to fix the car and we were able to get back on the road the next day. Overall all the staff were very nice and it made such a difference in our day.
