  I got lost trying to find the room. Great if you love mazes/puzzles. Front desk was mistaken when they explained welcome gift vs points - I should have taken the points! Was supposed to receive courtesy water. Front desk was completely out! There wasn't even any available in their market place area! Room was alright. Bed (pillows) weren't comfortable. Didn't have breakfast there. The great rate brought me in. That's probably the only reason I'd stay again

  Cet hotel est très bien ! La chambre était spacieuse ! Le service est très correct, le personnel est très agréable. Il y a la possibilité de planifier le nettoyage de la chambre. Piscine et salle de sport disponible. Par contre il n'y avait pas de fontaine proche pour l'eau potable, uniquement dans la salle de sport, peu pratique. Il manquait de petits meubles pour rendre la chambre confortable ( peu d'endroit pour poser les serviettes de bain par exemple). Et le dernier bémol c'est que nous étions dans une chambre en rez de chaussée avec une lumière constamment allumé la nuit, donc dérangeante.

  Great service at the bar! The bartender greeted me as soon as I walked through the door, she explained the menu as well as the weekly specials, if you want great service and a great personality I recommend visiting when Karla is working at the bar, i would come back just for the attention and interaction that the bartender Karla gives. Her amazing personality makes the experience unforgettable. Thank you Karla!

  I booked this hotel for the pool. It is one of the only hotels with a pool in the east Bay Area. The pool stunk! It was cold but indoors. Being indoor was the only thing it had going for it. The room was fine, one the first floor with a nice walk in shower for ADA.

  We had reserved two rooms and requested they be next to each other. Unfortunately, they were not able to accommodate us and put us on separate floors. Also, the elevator in our building was out of order, so we had to use the stairs. These were not major issues, just an inconvenience. Overall, the space was clean, seemed safe, and good value. The staff were friendly, however, at least one spoke no English when I was asking about the elevator.
