  The room is very small, and the service is extremely poor and concerning. I accidentally left my charger in the hotel room and called the front desk right away. Initially they told me there was no charger, but after I explained exactly where it was, the reception staff tells me they had checked the “wrong room” and said they would now check the room I stayed at and call me back. It has now been two days. I’ve called several times and left a voicemail, but no one has returned my call or followed up.

  The staff is always very professional and friendly, I especially enjoy the on-site restaurant and lounge. The recent renovations make the hotel very modern, this will always be my place to stay when traveling to the Bay Area. Karla always makes my stay more enjoyable and entertaining.

  When I was checking out at the front desk, the receptionist, Kristine, was very professional and kind. She was wonderful!

  I stayed at this hotel for over the years . For some reasons I was blame for some misunderstanding with a customer. I stayed there two days . And I was trying too extended my stay. Wish i pay through a third party . Young lady said I was on there no return customer. I was so embarrassed! Sonia the guest manager. With send no letter or no communication reasons why. She called Monday explained. Why can't return. Hold my money. I was from out town. Cold!
