    Loyal Hilton customer but this visit landed even better. Henry from Brickstone Grill took the time to connect with someone from our group in a way that exceeded any expectation I had.     I did not notice until a couple days after I checked in that the hotel controls the heat and air so you have no control in your room about the temperature

    Showing a lot of neglect, I expect more from Embassy suites! Light bulbs out, worn carpet, housekeeping came in and made one bed and empty the trash, but nothing else?? Left the other bed unmade, did not refresh the coffee supplies or clean the bathroom?? Why did they even come in? Bathroom door was warped and water damaged and no toilet paper holder, tp roll just sitting on the counter? Bar service for cocktail hour was slow as hell, the snacks are lame. And breakfast may have been good, wouldn't know cause you couldn't get close enough! One of the 4 elevators was down causing even longer delays.
