We chose this place because we were not feeling well and did not want to be contagious to family. No compassion, super loud. The front desk lady would not even get off the phone when we made the complaint about the noise. I’m a gold elite at IHG, with benefits to late checkout. But it won’t matter here. The housekeeping are always on the phone chatting nonstop, the walls are thin, and they are just completely ignorant of people sleeping. If you want a good nights sleep this is not the place.

When I woke up, I saw bloodstains on the unused pillows, which is unacceptable. It's clear they weren't checked or replaced. I informed the front desk, but they only apologized and offered to change my room, without providing any other solutions. They said that because I booked through a third party, they couldn't make any changes for me, and they didn't mention reporting the problem to their superiors. I was quite disappointed by this. Hygiene is paramount, especially considering the possibility of blood from someone with HIV. I hope your management team will strengthen hygiene management. My review is not biased; it's a completely objective description.
