While I understood and accepted the policy of needing to call for service, the actual experience was far below standard. The main issue began on the third day. I requested fresh towels, but my calls to the front desk were either transferred with no follow-up or completely ignored， multiple times. On October 18th, I spoke with an employee in the lobby who promised to resolve the issue, yet nothing was done the entire day—the trash was not taken out, and no fresh towels were provided. The situation repeated the next morning after I reminded the front desk; I returned at noon to find only towels left on my door handle, with the room still unclean. The third time, I saw a employee who is cleaning same floor, then I talked to her again, she promised will handle it in 10mins, so I go down to lobby and stay for half an hour, unfortunately, trash still there, sign was droped at the ground of door. It is unacceptable to struggle this much to receive fundamental services like room cleaning and towel replacement.
