    Decent hotel if your into the motel 6 vibe. Clean rooms, free breakfast comparable to high school vending machine. Staff are great

    The room is clean & specious. The price is good. The front desk is friendly & professional. The shampoo & conditioner smells good. The location close to freeway, restaurant, supermarket & gas station. 房間大又乾淨,物美价廉, 前台專業友善,洗髮精很好聞,靠近高速、餐厅、超市、加油站!

    The worst service and hotel. DO NOT BOOK IF YOU WANT TO SLEEP! THEY ARE WORKING ON THE FREEWAY ALL NIGHT. Management did not let us know when we arrived and when we told them about it, the manager told us we should have "seen it" when we got there.

    I was informed at check-in that the hot water was out of order in the building that my room was in. The person checking me in said that I could instead have another room in another building available with a king bed (my only option when booking was 2 queens). Since the king would have been my preference anyway, I happily accepted the offer. After several minutes of typing on the computer, this person told me that the system would not let her transfer me to this other king room because it was not available with reward points, which is how I booked the room with 2 queens. The manager was called who informed this person that if the system wouldn't allow the king room to be booked with points, then there was nothing that could be done. I was then informed that my only choices were to take the room with no hot water or cancel that room and have my points given back. Then I could either pay for that king room with my funds or go elsewhere. What a TERRIBLE set of options to give a guest who has been so loyal to Best Western and stayed many, many nights there. Since it was after 8 pm, I decided to just take the original reservation booked with rewards points that had the 2 queen beds and no hot water. How could Best Western have - even for a second - considered this an acceptable resolution? It is unfathomable that I could not have been booked into that available king room under the circumstances. Any other hotel would have GLADLY accomodated me that way. Shame on you, Best Western!

    STAY HERE IF YOU LIKE COLD SHOWERS, MEAN STAFF, AND A LEAKING REFRIGERATOR!! That's right. At first, the night staff were friendly and helpful-ish. I reported the refrigerator matter, and they immediately said, "I'll bring more towels." Sure, a leak from the fridge, no biggie. Then, when I went to shower, NO HOT WATER! I reported this to management, and they sent me a WHOLE MAZE to even speak to someone in management. It never got resolved. When I finally spoke to a "manager" at first, Mauya, or however you spell their name (he didn't want to spell it so I could make a proper report), said he was a manager. He then gave me an empty business card with just a number and the address of the hotel. SKETCHY!!!! I really think there is no acting manager, and if there is, it's managed POORLY! Later, he said he was only the supervisor. I explained the situation and he stated, and I QUOTE, "WE CAN'T DO ANYTHING". Oh my, I said. You can't do anything, but you'll gladly take and keep my money? FUNNY! Anyway, I took this into my own hands. I CHECKED OUT 2 DAYS EARLY and stayed at a better hotel just down the street! I've submitted a report, but I assure you these reviews are never "brought up"... It seems to be a recurring issue after reading these reviews. This could be a serious health issue since the water temperature can never make it to 105°F. At first, I was told that the boiler was empty. I said sure and gave them the benefit of the doubt. I then later checked several hours after. No hot water again, middle of the night. Then the supervisor/manager said, "oh, it's broken for that whole area of the building only...." I LAUGHED SO HARD! I was never warned about this until I BROUGHT IT UP! He said that he called a technician, and when I came to check out of the hotel, the lady there said that he went to try and fix the boiler because someone had reported it a couple of minutes ago... That was me ladies and gentlemen. My "no hot water" situation was never reported to management until I did for a 3rd time. In summary, people on earth, PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DON'T stay here. I've warned you! Half of these five-star reviews look like they're paid to do so. TERRIBLE!!!!!
