  This hotel is a total dump. They completely ignored my cancellation request made through Booking.com and never bothered to reply. I am going to contact my bank to force a chargeback.

  Be warned, this place is sketchy and seriously dilapidated as heck. Dingy and dank. Reception area had questionable people hanging around the lobby area. Entire property had smell of weed lingering throughout. Parking lot had super suspicious people coming in and out, including some prostitutes/escorts. I booked a non refundable stay but couldn't stay the night because I felt unsafe.

  Me and my family stayed for two nights, after the 1 st night a very rude housekeeper knocks on our door , I asked if we may have" new towels she with an attitude said "give me the old towels" i said sure of course" I was charged $50 for towels!! , we cleaned our room spotless! however they charged for "stains" you can tell they just want to charge you for any little thing to get money out of you when I called front desk questioning these charges front desk man said i will send you pictures at my convenience lol never again Unprofessional .

  Worst stay at a hotel ever! Staff was very rude and disrespectful! Let's just say they are not accustomed to westerners. To make things worse the linens and towels were stained and filthy and the room had bed bugs and were not cleaned properly. Stay away people!!!
