Alma Lopez the useless manager has no customer service skills whatsoever. She is quick to charge and then turns around and says they can’t refund you for their incompetence. Maybe pay attention to your staff and what they do while on shift .

The receptionists, both the evening and the morning one, were super nice. No fresh fruit at breakfast Aliexpress my own. Our room happened to be on the ground floor right next to the ice machine so we were woke up before 5:00 a.m. by people fillling their coolers. Avoid that room.
