  My husband travels nonstop for work, and it means so much when he can feel at home on the road. The staff — Barbara, Usula, Justin, Jesse, Tee, and so many others — consistently make us feel welcomed and comfortable every single visit. I don’t often get to travel with him, so it’s especially meaningful when we can share time together in such a special place. Del Mar is beautiful, with charming neighborhoods, wonderful restaurants, and genuinely kind people everywhere we go. This hotel is truly a gem. The sunsets are spectacular, love the walking trails, beach , gym, great coffee, delicious breakfasts and dinners, and — most of all — the incredible staff. We look forward to coming back every time.

  The facility is very nice and the staff are kind and welcoming, so this is still a good feedback in general! The only negative point concerns the breakfast. We booked a rate that explicitly included breakfast, and we were also given a breakfast voucher. However, it was not a buffet but table service, with someone taking orders. At the end of the meal, we were presented with a bill stating that tax was not included. Since we are in the US, there is also an expectation to leave a tip. Having traveled across five continents and more than 40 countries, we have never been asked to pay an additional €15 for a breakfast that was clearly included in the room rate and confirmed by voucher. This was very disappointing.

  Overall, the rooms were very good and the location is fantastic for a quick walk to the beach or starting a day of cycling. We had an issue with our air conditioning the first night but the staff moved us to a working room once we brought it up so that was great. The onsite bar/restaurant is priced well given the area though breakfast was far better than the dinner options. Two complaints with this location are firstly, there is an additional parking fee despite the onsite parking lot. Annoying that more IHGs are starting this deceptive pricing practice. Additionally, limited tap to pay options so have a physical card on hand if needed.

  We fell in love with this Hotel and its location! It was our fist time visiting this place and we're definitely coming back! Mr. Benito at the front desk was so kind and gave us a beautiful room with ocean view! All the staff was great and friendly. Very clean, renovated and well maintained! We would recommend this Hotel to anyone!

  From the moment we arrived at this boutique gem on the sands of Del Mar, we knew we’d stumbled on something special. Barbara greeted us with a genuine, smile and made us feel welcomed had our room ready upon early arrival. Every interaction felt personal. The rooms were stylish, comfortable, and impeccably clean — a perfect blend of coastal chic and cozy comfort. Waking up to the sound and sight of the Pacific was pure bliss. Barbara, David and everyone we encountered was unfailingly friendly, warm, and ready with local tips or a kind word. Breakfast each day was a highlight — fresh, beautifully presented with exceptional service. And oh — the sunsets. There’s something magical about sipping a chilled glass of champagne on the balcony as the sky melts into shades of pink and gold over the Pacific. This quickly became our nightly ritual, and honestly, the memories are worth the trip alone.
