The worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. Severely disappointed in the horrible room quality and how unprofessional the staff is. I stayed here for barely one night due to a job I had in San Diego. My employer had already paid for the room and I simply needed to check in. They found the booking and I was told I needed to pay a “holding fee” of $300. Without arguing, assuming this was normal, I paid and went to my room. Walking into the room it smelled of body odors, I didn’t want to be annoying as I only needed a few hours of sleep until leaving. As I got into bed I noticed a bug jumping around and then another and then another! I saw that the bed was infested with them. I’m not sure what bugs they were but I don’t think any bed should have bugs in it. I went to my car to make business calls and ended up basically only taking a nap in the room. As I checked out I just wanted to leave so I didn’t bother mentioning it. Two weeks went by and I never got my “holding fee”. I called the hotel and they said they had no idea what I’m talking about, that they had charged my employer for the room I stayed in and that there was no holding fee….I have bank statements that say otherwise, and they claim they have no idea why I was charged. The craziest part is that they claim they don’t know what I’m talking about but they even returned $15 (€13) for parking. I just can’t believe it.

My partner and I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and we found both the service and the room to be truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived until the time we departed, we consistently experienced outstanding hospitality. The property is clearly very well-managed, and we would like to extend our sincere compliments to the General Manager, Tim, and the entire team for providing such an excellent experience.

Upon my arrival. They stated they only had one room available which was a handicapped room. It smelled poorly and it did not match my reservation. I asked for a better accommodating room. They just kept saying because you booked through priceline there was nothing they could do. This is Def not a 4 star hotel more like 2.5

Good price for money. Service is very good. Concerns about the air conditioning at night as vent is located under the bed and it’s too cold and noisy. Pet friendly!

⭐☆☆☆☆ We travel frequently and were very disappointed with our recent stay here. We booked our room using 270,000 Hilton points, but upon arrival, we were told we’d need to downgrade our room in order to check in early. The downgraded room was worth only 70,000 points, so I asked that the difference be credited back. Instead of resolving the issue professionally, the manager on duty was dismissive and confrontational, speaking to me as if I didn’t understand how the rewards system worked. This experience left a very negative impression. It’s clear that Hilton no longer values loyal guests or their rewards members, and after this stay, I’ll be choosing other hotel brands moving forward.
