- SMSandra McQueenNov 3, 20251.0This place is a joke. I'm shocked how old and run down everything is. Clearly management from Hilton hasn't visited this place in years. The first room smelled like mold - thankfully they had another room to move me to. The second room had a tub that wouldn't drain and it took 2 days for maintenance to fix it. There were holes in the towels. The elevator didn't have any seals on the door so it sounded like a guillotine every time it closed, etc. Housekeeping comes every other day but then couldn't make it on the day we were supposed to have it due to staff shortages. All of this for $300/night. I will say that most of the staff were absolutely lovely and the bed was comfortable. And the offer of a complimentary bicycle was excellent. But this sad little hotel either needs to be retired or priced as the budget hotel it is.
- AMAudoro MolinaOct 23, 20253.0This Hilton’s location is rough due to the limited parking availability outdoors and the garage is tight. If you drive a smaller vehicle it’s fairly easy to maneuver around. Full size trucks I don’t recommend going down to the garage but if you need to park down there it will fit as long as it’s stock, no lifted vehicles. Didn’t care for having to pay for parking at my stay. If you don’t mind the train blowing its horn late at night or early in the morning feel free to stay. It’s a nice place just not for me to stay here again. Centrally located walking distance to many venues.

After my shower, I was easily able to wash the black stuff off the tiles with a washcloth, so that was pretty disgusting. Parking is not clearly labeled, and they charge you almost twenty dollars a day for parking. I am a hilton diamond member, and I would not stay there again.
