  I arrived 3 days ago expecting nothing more than a normal check-in. What I got was a front desk staff member who looked at me with pure hostility: aggressive, impatient, and openly intimidating. His tone and stare made it brutally clear: I wasn’t a guest. I was a problem they wanted gone. The whole interaction was so oppressive and frightening that I walked out immediately. I’d rather lose everything than spend another second under that kind of venom. This wasn’t “bad service.” This was deliberate psychological warfare. Even more disgusting? I had already sent them a detailed email explaining exactly what happened and giving them every chance to handle it like professionals. Their reply? Absolute, cowardly silence. Not a word. Just the kind of arrogant dismissal you only see from people who know they’re in the wrong but are too spineless to admit it. To anyone thinking of staying here: run. This hotel doesn’t serve customers, it repels them with contempt. Their front desk treats people like enemies, and management treats complaints like they don’t exist. That kind of rot doesn’t stay hidden for long. I’ve now shared this across every platform that matters. I sincerely hope the owners enjoy watching their reputation quietly bleed out while they pretend nothing happened. Some mistakes have a way of following a business forever(especially the ones they choose to ignore.)

  Terribly outdated rooms and furniture in this hotel! I would not consider it again even if I had to travel farther to my event. The beds are old, non-supportive, and I had the worst backache after sleeping four nights in this hotel. The ventilation system is very old fashioned, on the wall by the door, outdated, that either instantaneously heats the area immediately around the heater only leaving the bathroom ice cold or does not run at all if you put it on fan for white noise at night. Then you only have fan, bringing in outside freezing cold air. It is almost impossible to see the controls, especially if the lights are dim. Outside, there is a bright outside light positioned where is blasts bright light over one of the beds through the drapes, even if they are closed tightly and fastened with a safety pin as I did. The sink in the bathroom has no vanity to put your things on. There was a glass shelf next to the sink, but it sloped downward and everything slid off. The sheets on the beds are all flat sheets, hand tucked, and when you untuck them so you can move freely, you slip and slide all over, as they are all made for king size beds. The two chairs are old-fashioned, huge and extremely heavy. There is one heavy immovable table in between these two chairs. There are not enough outlets, especially for charging multiple devices. The bedside lights between the beds are super bright and shine in your eyes when you are reading in bed. We used our flashlights instead. The one very mildly saving grace of this otherwise very uncomfortable place is the very generous included hot breakfast. Still I would not stay there just for that. Find another hotel if you want to sleep comfortably, have quieter more even ventilation, a dark room at night and a place to put your toiletries in your bathroom.
