A family of three walked in and asked for an extra blanket and immediately helped them. Eatery next door is helpful. There is a gas station with a convenience store which is helpful also. If you’re driving, things are only 1-3 miles away.

There was a good variety of food and several hot items to choose from. It was quick and easy to hop on a walking/bike path into town. -1 star because the hallways in the main building smelled old and kind of musty. This wasn’t an issue for us since our room was accessed from outside, but I think that would have bothered me if that wasn’t the case. Overall I felt very safe in the area and hotel and would recommend.
